BUT HOW DOES THE GAME WORK?

Productive Conversations ™ can be played online live or in person, with 4 hours of duration and indicated for leaders and employees.

The cards of the game are composed of current themes, for each theme there are instigating questions to provoke integration and exchange of ideas between players.

The dynamics of the game allows the exercise of listening, respecting differences and learning through different points of view.

It is a reflection tool that highlights the benefits of conversation as a lifelong learning tool.
